  • Why cant I open the file that I downloaded?
 The most common issue is that you do not have any unzipping software. I suggest downloading WinZip or WinRAR. Use them to extract the files from the zip file you downloaded.
  • Why do the programs come up with error when running the executable files?

Most errors may be caused becuase the .NET Framework is not installed on your system.

If the error still persists, don't hesitate to contact me.
  • I have found a bug, what do I do?
 Please contact me with the program name and the steps you took to produce the problem. I will try and get it fixed.
  • Why do I receive an error every time I try and run the *exe file?

If you are attempting to run it in the unzipping program, extract all the files first and try again.
Most of the programs gather information from the internet during the splash screen period. Make sure you have an internet connection before attempting to run the program.
Check that your firewall is not restricting the programs access to the itnernet.
Make sure all the files that were downloaded are in the same directory.
